We’re hiring a founding account executive to help us build the future of restaurants. You will lead and shape what the sales organization looks like at Loyalist and grow our footprint in the restaurant space.

What you will do
- Identify and qualify leads and bring restaurants onto the Loyalist platform
- Conduct outbound prospecting including but not limited to cold calling, emailing, social media outreach, and conferences
- Collaborate with our CEO and Head of Growth on our expansion strategies
- Build relationships with restaurant operators and serve as a trusted advisor to help restaurants grow
- Understand restaurant pain points and collaborate with our engineering team to build the product roadmap
- Stay informed about industry trends and the restaurant market to identify new opportunities and challenges
Background
- 2+ years of experience in a sales role, ideally selling to SMB customers
- Track record of driving consistent pipeline and exceeding quota
- Interest in the hospitality, restaurant, or F&B industry
- US-based for ease of collaboration
Skillset
- Excellent communication skills to sell to restaurant group executives, GMs, and restaurant hosts
- Ability to own an end-to-end sales process, including prospecting, demo-ing, and negotiating
