Why Do I Need to Add Loyalist to My DNS?

Adding Loyalist’s DNS records is how you connect your domain to Loyalist so that you can send emails. These records allow Loyalist to authenticate emails, improve deliverability, and ensure that your restaurant’s guest communications are properly routed. Without the correct DNS setup, emails sent from your domain may be marked as spam or fail to send altogether.

Where Do I Start?

Navigate to your domain provider (GoDaddy, CloudFlare, SquareSpace). If you don’t know who your domain provider is, ask your tech team or whoever manages your website and IT/

Managing DNS Records

To successfully add Loyalist’s DNS records, you’ll need to log into your domain provider’s settings and configure specific DNS entries. Most of our partners use GoDaddy, so we’ve included a step-by-step guide for managing your records there. However, if you use another provider, the process will be similar, and you should refer to your provider’s documentation for specific instructions.
