📥 Connect your email inboxes to Loyalist to see full email history with any guest:

You can now sync an inbox to Loyalist which allows you to view all the correspondence between a guest and that inbox directly on their Loyalist profiles. Maybe you want to connect your reservations email or concierge email, so your whole team can see the full context of communication with a guest without needing direct access to the inbox otherwise.

The data also plugs into Journeys so you can trigger (or hold back) journeys communication based on whether a guest has opened or replied to the email (and filter tags and segments the same way). So if a guest already emailed you back, they won't get an automated bump.

• Every Pro location includes one connected inbox at no extra cost. Additional inboxes are $20/month each.

⭐️ More Review suite updates:

• Google + Yelp review guest matching!! When managing your reviews, you will notice a "Link" button on each review that has a full name. Loyalist is automatically identifying any likely matches between your Google and Yelp reviewers against actual reservations so you can link a review to the actual guest behind it. Once a review is linked, you can privately email that guest right from the review rather than having to respond publicly! Up to you.

• New quarterly timeframe for review reports!
• Flag reports for other members of your team.
• Acknowledge a review without actually responding to it in case you handled it elsewhere already.
• Filter tags and segments by review platform, and you can now log a review without a star rating.

✨ Loyalist AI :)

We have so many new AI features and we want you to be able to try them out so we've made them all free through September 30! You're finally able to ask about your guests, reviews, and reservations right inside Loyalist, or if you're more comfortable in Claude or ChatGPT you can use our official Connector (MCP). Reply here and we will turn it on for you so you can try it out!
