For our Toast users, we can now pull delivery and takeout order data into Loyalist. Before, a loyal delivery regular could have ordered from you dozens of times and your team would have no idea. With Loyalist, you can see this information all in one place.

Delivery & Takeout is our newest add-on that brings your off-site guests into Loyalist where they belong, so you can know them, segment them, and stay in touch with them the same way you do your dine-in guests.

Here's what you can do with it:

Cross-sell between delivery and restaurants ⚡️

• • A regular delivery guest has never dined ➡️ An invite to dine at the restaurant is sent ➕ a tag is applied to their next visit ➕ offer gets applied to their check.

Know your delivery guests ⚡️

• • A guest orders delivery three times a month ➡️ Tag them in your guestbook.

Reach them at the right moment ⚡️

• • A guest completes their first pickup order ➡️ A thank-you lands in their inbox the next morning ➕ an invite to come taste it in the dining room.
  • A delivery regular goes quiet for 45 days ➡️ A win-back message heads their way automatically.
