You’ll own relationships with our restaurant partners and ensure they get meaningful value from Loyalist over the long term. You’ll lead implementations, design creative solutions for each restaurant’s needs, grow accounts, and work closely with our founders and engineers to shape the product.
This is a highly hands-on role. Every restaurant operates differently, so you’ll regularly design custom workflows, troubleshoot complex issues, and help translate real operational needs into product improvements.
The role blends customer strategy, consulting, data analysis, product feedback, and project management. We’re looking for someone thoughtful, resourceful, and comfortable operating in ambiguity while building scalable solutions.
What you will do
- Serve as the main point of contact for our enterprise restaurant groups
- Build relationships with operators and decision makers. Develop a deep understanding of how each restaurant operates and identify product needs
- Onboard restaurant teams, integrate their data, train their teams, and recommend ways to use Loyalist. Be an expert at Loyalist.
- Identify and pursue expansion opportunities
- Answer partner questions, debug issues, and come up with workarounds quickly. There will be a lot of ambiguity in this role, as every restaurant operates differently! Sometimes this requires finding a Plan B, C, D, E, etc.
- Use data and best practices to answer questions like:
- “How do I increase repeat visits?”
- “How do I boost my Google reviews?”
- Analyze guest and sales data to uncover insights like:
- “Who are my top 100 spenders?”
- “Who should I invite to my next event?”
- Partner closely with engineering and founders to share customer feedback, improve the platform, and tell customer stories
- Contribute to docs, “How-to” guides, and templates for restaurants to learn the product
- Stay on top of industry trends and emerging restaurant tech
What you’ll bring
- 3+ years in tech, consulting, customer success, or account/project management
- Strong relationship skills. You’re comfortable working with everyone from a GM to a Director of Ops to a CMO
- Ability to translate technical concepts into restaurant-friendly language
