What you will do:
- Identify and qualify leads and bring restaurants onto the Loyalist platform
- Collaborate with our CEO and Head of Growth on our expansion strategies
- Build relationships with restaurant operators and serve as a trusted advisor to help restaurants grow
- Understand restaurant pain points and collaborate with our engineering team to build the product roadmap
- Collaborate and identify growth opportunites with our key channel partners
- Stay informed about industry trends and the restaurant market to identify new opportunities and challenges
Background
- 2+ years of experience in a sales role, ideally selling to SMB customers
- 2+ years of experience in the hospitality, restaurant, or F&B industry
Skillset
- Excellent communication skills to build relationships with restaurant group executives, GMs, and hospitality professionals
- Ability to own an end-to-end sales process, including prospecting, demo-ing, and negotiating
- Detail-oriented working style with organized notes and pipeline tracking
