Loyalist is building an AI-powered revenue engine for restaurants and hospitality operators. We partner with ~1,000+ restaurants ranging from groups like Major Food Group, neighborhood spots like Jeju Noodle Bar, and fine dining spots like Le Bernardin. We’re backed by leading investors such as Lerer Hippeau, Bling Capital, Floodgate. Now, we are looking to expand our sales team and continue turbo-charging our growth. This is an NYC-based role!
Opportunity and What You’ll Own
You will work directly with our founder, shape the sales motion and our GTM engine, and have a meaningful impact on revenue, product, and company direction.
This is a highly differentiated, relationship-driven motion. We don't hide behind email sequences and love to meet our customers where they are.
- High-touch, in-person selling (walk-ins, network, conferences, industry relationships)
- Multi-threaded deals across operators, GMs, and ownership groups
- Short to medium sales cycles with strong product stickiness
- Clear ROI-driven pitch tied directly to restaurant revenue
If you are a high-agency operator who wants to build, not just execute, this is that role. As Loyalist AE you will:
- Own full-cycle sales from prospecting through close
- Build and manage a high-quality pipeline of restaurant groups and operators
- Drive outbound through a mix of in-person visits, referrals, and strategic partnerships
- Close multi-location restaurant groups and expand accounts over time
- Act as a trusted advisor to operators, helping them unlock revenue through Loyalist
- Partner directly with founders and product to shape positioning, pricing, and roadmap
What We’re Looking For
- 2-6 years of experience in hospitality, SaaS sales, or a generalist high-performance startup environment
- Proven ability to generate pipeline and close deals
- Strong presence with operators, from GMs to ownership and executive teams
- High ownership mentality
