You’ll build and own relationships with new partners, making sure they get real value from Loyalist and stay with us for the long haul.
This role blends sales, consulting, data, marketing, and project management. We're looking for someone scrappy, curious, and excited to roll up their sleeves to help restaurants succeed.
What you will do
- Build relationships with operators and decision makers. Develop a deep understanding of how each restaurant operates and identify product needs
- Get creative and execute on strategies to drive top of funnel
- Answer partner questions, debug issues, and come up with workarounds quickly. There will be a lot of ambiguity in this role, as every restaurant operates differently! Sometimes this requires finding a Plan B, C, D, E, etc.
- Partner closely with engineering and founders to share customer feedback, improve the platform, and tell customer stories
- Stay on top of industry trends and emerging restaurant tech
What you’ll bring
- 2+ years in tech, sales, consulting, or similar industry
- Strong relationship skills. You’re comfortable working with everyone from a GM to a Director of Ops to a CMO
- Ability to translate technical concepts into restaurant-friendly language
- Highly organized, proactive, and reliable. You follow through and keep things moving
- A partnership mindset, you’re willing to go above and beyond to make customers love our product
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Bonus: Experience in or around restaurants
