You’ll work closely with restaurant teams to help them get the most out of Loyalist. From onboarding new partners to helping them run successful marketing programs, you’ll play a key role in making sure restaurants feel supported and confident using the platform.
This role is part relationship manager, part project coordinator, and part problem solver. You'll help guide restaurants through setup, answer questions along the way, and keep projects moving forward as our partners grow with Loyalist.
We’re looking for someone organized, curious, and excited to work closely with restaurants.
What you will do
- Help onboard new restaurant partners and guide them through their Loyalist setup
- Coordinate onboarding timelines and make sure projects stay on track
- Build relationships with restaurant teams and check in regularly to support their success
- Respond to partner questions and help troubleshoot issues as they arise
- Recommend ways restaurants can use Loyalist to improve guest engagement and marketing
- Identify opportunities where restaurants could benefit from additional Loyalist features
- Collect feedback from partners and share insights with our product and engineering teams
- Contribute to internal guides, onboarding materials, and best practices
- Stay curious about the restaurant industry and how operators run their businesses
What you’ll bring
- 1–3 years of experience in customer support, account coordination, hospitality, consulting, or a similar role
- Strong communication skills and a natural ability to build relationships
- Excellent organization skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects
