We've launched a new Report that shows you the revenue and impact of all your guest communication on Loyalist. You can now set up a combined report to view your total outreach and engagement in one consolidated summary! Instructions to set yours up here.

Additionally, here are a few other updates to highlight!

🔬Smarter Tag Filtering in Visit & Cover Reports

Visit and Cover Reports now have even further granularity available for cleaner, more actionable reports that are aligned with how your team actually operates.

• Filter which guest tags and segments appear for each guest. For instance, if a guest has 15 tags, but your team only needs to see “VIP” and “Big Spender” when reporting, you can now control that.

• Isolate reservations with specific cover count criteria:

👁️‍🗨️ Preview Reports and Campaigns

We've added multiple “Preview” buttons throughout Loyalist so you can move faster while you're building. You'll notice these buttons in the campaign builder, and in all report builders. With these buttons you can preview exactly how your campaign or report will appear and make any adjustments before downloading or sending.
