Launching the Calendar Feature!.pdf

Hi everyone,

This week, I’m excited to introduce a new feature that so many of you asked for - an accurate, strategic view of what is really happening in your books across locations and over time: the Loyalist Calendar.

With this new feature, the following possibilities are unlocked:

• Year over Year (YoY) Comparisons: Spot trends across locations and seasons, without pulling reports or manually stitching together data.
• Holistic View of Total Covers per Location, Group Level, or Regional: View confirmed reservations by date across multiple locations, with total covers clearly visible, making it easier to identify where you are full, where you have room to grow, and how demand is pacing over time.
• Real Covers vs Protected Inventory: Many of you rely on internal "holds" to protect space in the book, whether for VIPs, events, standing reservations, or placeholders that prevent online availability from filling tables that may be needed later. Those hold covers can now be excluded from total cover counts so teams can clearly separate confirmed reservations from protected inventory and understand what is truly available to book.
• Event Status Woven into the Book: For groups using our TripleSeat integration, the Calendar clearly shows whether entries are definitive, tentative, or closed. This makes it easier for teams to understand what is truly committed versus what is still flexible, directly within the context of the reservation book.

The Loyalist Calendar is already activated for all Pro accounts under Bookings and is available as an Add-On for Core accounts.

As always, our goal is to build tools that reflect how restaurants actually operate, not just how data looks on paper.
