This week we want to spotlight something a lot of you may not know exists: the Loyalist mobile app. Everything moves fast during service, and you're not always at a computer. The app puts the most important parts of Loyalist right on your phone.
🔎 Look up any guest instantly: Guest Lookup puts your entire guestbook in your pocket. Search a name and pull up their full profile - contact info, tags, total visits and spend, and their complete visit history with notes - right when a regular walks in the door. You can even book them a reservation from their profile.

💬 Text guests on the go: Your full two-way SMS inbox lives in the app, so you can reach out to an respond to guest texts the moment they come in - whether you're on the floor, between locations, or off-site. You have full visibility of all your text lines so guests are communicated with quickly and confirmations take two taps.
⭐️ Stay on top of reviews: See every review from your reservation system(s), Google, and Yelp all in one feed, sorted by what still needs attention. Open any review and respond right from your phone - with AI-drafted responses you can send as-is, regenerate, or edit.
📆 Check your covers at a glance: The Covers Calendar shows daily covers, bookings, and private events for each of your locations, with day-over-day trends - perfect for a quick pulse check before service or to look ahead at the coming days to see what's still available.
⏰ Work your Notify list: For Resy accounts, Notify requests appear right in the app with each guest's visit history and spend, so your team can prioritize who to reach out, reach out to them directly from the app, book them in and mark them contacted as you go.
Download the Loyalist app (iOS only) from the App Store here and log in with your existing Loyalist credentials. That's it - no extra setup needed. If you manage multiple locations or groups, you can switch between them right from Settings.
