We’re hiring a a restaurant relations individual to help us shape the future of restaurant tech. This is an exciting opportunity to join a small team on the cutting edge of restaurant tech, working with the most exciting brands in the industry to define the future of the industry.

What you will do

• Cultivate and build upon existing relationships to serve as a trusted advisor to Restaurants.
• Assist restaurant operators with Loyalist configuration and guest retention strategies
• Act as the high-level point of contact for restaurant needs
• Achieve company goals and objectives set quarterly.
• Manage customer accounts, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Collect feedback from restaurants to suggest feature and functionality requirements for product upgrades
• Stay informed about industry trends and the restaurant market to identify new opportunities and challenges

What you’ll bring

• 2+ years of experience in an operations or hospitality role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A good listener, capable of understanding restaurants business objectives.
• A proactive and positive attitude, with a hunger to drive growth and exceed expectations.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, unstructured, ever-evolving environment.
• Experience/Deep understanding of the restaurant industry a plus
