Fields in your current Reservation Platform

Resy Fields:

Name	Type
Status	VIP Identification (4 letters max)
Group Note	Can Create Multiple Group Notes / Restaurant. These are shared across the group
Guest Note	Can Create Multiple Guest Notes / Restaurant
Group Tag	Guest tag (for shared guestbooks)
Guest Tag	Color coded by tag type
Visit Note	Tied to a specific Visit
Visit Tag	Tied to a specific Visit
Birthday	Guest inputted

*Resy group notes only exists if your restaurants share a guestbook + are in the same family; otherwise, there are no Resy group notes.

You can, however, create a custom field in Loyalist for the group (which will show up as a column in reports)

Loyalist syncs from Resy:

Every 10 Minutes for same day reservations
Every 24 hours for reservations 30 days out
For Guest Notes
- Loyalist pulls from the reservation platform every time a guest profile is clicked
- If you edit a note, it will edit it in Opentable or Resy immediately
For Guest Tags
- Loyalist refreshes tags when a guest has a visit (checks 24 hours before and 24 hours after)
- If an update to tags is made and a guest does not have a visit, you can manually refresh a guest profile from the reservation platform with the Edit Tags button in Loyalist
  - It is recommended that if a user wants to change a guest tag and the guest does not have an upcoming or current visit in the reservation platform, they do so in Loyalist
  - This is a limitation since Resy/OT/7R does not have webhooks so Loyalist does not know when data is updated if it’s outside of our scheduled cadence

Other Profile Considerations:

If the tag already exists in Resy, you can not create it in Loyalist, but you have to select from the drop down of existing tags
- This is true if the tag is made at Restaurant A in a group, but you want to use it for Restaurant B
- We recommend that if you are a group, you name tag “ABBREVIATION Restaurant A: TAG NAME”
If you delete a tag in Resy, you can never make a tag with the same name
